Refund Policy

IZA Perfumery is operated by Khadija Islam Perfume Trading L.L.C. All sales are final. Because fragrance products cannot be resold once opened for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@izaperfumery.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
