Are IZA Perfumery fragrances originals or "dupes"?
Our fragrances are original formulations crafted in-house, inspired by the character of well-known scents. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by the original designer houses.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2–4 business days across the UAE.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available for all orders within the UAE, alongside secure online payment at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Because fragrance products can't be resold once opened, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
How long do the fragrances last?
Longevity varies by scent — check each product page for its specific notes and staying power. Most of our perfumes are formulated for all-day wear.
