IZA Perfumery – Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy: No Standard Returns or Exchanges
At IZA Perfumery, we take great care in packaging and delivering our fragrances in perfect condition. Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

Incorrect fragrance selection by the customer

Allergic reactions or sensitivity to ingredients

Minor differences in scent due to batch variations
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.
2. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit under the following conditions:

Clear photos/video of the issue (e.g., broken bottle, leakage, wrong product)

A brief description of the problem
✅ Unused & Original Packaging – The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
✅ Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Non-Qualifying Cases (No Refunds/Replacements):
❌ Opened, used, or tested perfumes (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events (unless proven defective)
❌ Shipping delays or lost packages (contact the courier for resolution)
❌ Disliked fragrance notes or longevity (scents are subjective)
3. Refund & Replacement Process

Approved Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Replacements: Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping: If required, we will provide a prepaid return label for faulty items. Do not ship back without authorization.
4. Sale & Discounted Items
All sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and ineligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
