Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Khadija Islam Perfume Trading L.L.C, the exclusive operator of https://www.izaperfumery.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries:
        Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar

International shipping outside the GCC is currently not available.


2. Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

  • UAE: 3–5 business days

  • GCC countries: 5–7 business days*

*Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, courier conditions, or international flight availability.


3. Order Processing & Production Time

At FK Perfumery, quality comes first. Our perfumes are:

  • Handcrafted in-house by our perfumery experts

  • Freshly formulated, bottled, and packed after each order is received

  • Subjected to quality checks for scent accuracy, packaging, and safety

Please allow 1 business day for production and preparation before shipping.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.

From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly communicated via banners, newsletters, or checkout offers.


5. Tracking & Order Notifications

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp message.

If you have not received your tracking information within 7 days, please contact us at hello@izaperfumery.com.


6. Customs & Import Duties (GCC Only)

For orders shipped outside the UAE:

  • Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may be charged upon delivery

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country


7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

  • Provide a complete and accurate address

  • Include a valid phone number our courier can contact

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the recipient is unreachable or the address is incorrect:

  • The package may be returned to us

  • A redelivery fee may apply

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item or packaging

We will investigate and resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they are not yet processed. Once production or dispatch begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel an order quickly, please contact us immediately using the contact info below.


10. When Will I Receive My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and text/WhatsApp.

  • UAE orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days

  • GCC orders usually arrive in 5–7 business days*

*Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or courier disruptions.


11. Why Does It Take Time to Deliver?

We understand how exciting it is to receive your new perfume, and we strive to get it to you as soon as possible. However, our perfumes are:

  • 100% handmade

  • Created fresh for each order by our in-house chemists

  • Bottled and packed with precision and care

This attention to detail ensures high-quality fragrances, made with love and excellence. Please allow 1 day after ordering for full preparation before dispatch.


12. How to Avoid Delays

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please:

  • Provide your complete delivery address

  • Use a valid contact number

  • Keep an eye on notifications from our delivery partners
